Today, Dario and Teresa are still there, to keep that desire alive. In fact, since 1968, the family-run Enrico Dario Winery has been producing its DOC wines in an artisanal way, following ancient and rigorous methods of winemaking and bottling. Our production includes the typical wines of the area: Pigato, Vermentino and Rossese di Campochiesa. Recently, the company policy has been based on the exaltation of the typical Albenganese vine and its versatility: the Pigato. This is how "U Baletta" Pigato Superiore was born, awarded numerous times in prestigious competitions; "U Nelò" Pigato Superiore Barricato; "Amè" Pigato Passito (from the dialect "amè", meaning "honey"); "Il Conte" Classic Method based on Pigato.

Another radical choice aimed at enhancing local products is the one that concerns the replanting of the now dry Rossese vines: the cuttings used for the replacement, in fact, are not purchased in the nursery, but are obtained from the shoots of the original Rossese di Campochiesa harvested directly in the vineyard. To demonstrate that territoriality is the fundamental element at the base of our philosophy.
